Hays Travel - Connswater Reviews 

Had a great experience with Cathy in Newtownards Road Branch. (Connswater) Only went in to inquire but she was so nice and helpful we ended up booking there and then. It was such a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend this girl and branch of Hays Travel.

Extremely pleasant and helpful-I was unsure of where I wanted to go-Cathy showed me quite a few destinations until I choose one-it was no trouble to her at all.
I would highly recommend Hayes travel on the Newtownards Road Belfast. All the staff are fantastic

I contacted Hays travel to book a trip with Rory's travel and was told it was not a Rory's trip when in fact it was.

I had to contact Rory's travel to get clarification and they in turn had to contact Hays travel.

Once the misunderstanding was cleared up, it was very easy to book the trip

Staff very efficient and helpful
After booking the holiday, we found out through our own research online, the hotel was up a hill when we had asked for flat due to mobility issues. Staff member contacted relevant people and we were able to change with the admin fee waived. Staff having clearer access to or websites clearly showing accessibility information would be an area of improvement. Having said that, it was handled really well by the staff member Adele in the Belfast Newtownards Rd branch

Excellent service as usual can't fault anything

Actual booking was seamless and Cathy was a pleasure to deal with. Only slight disappoint was the original advertised price was £799 which went to £859 and finally £929. I appreciate the market dynamics but still somewhat disappointed. Also the hotels on the final booking differed from those originally advertised. However we are still looking forward to our trip

From booking holiday over the telephone was great service and all very straightforward and stress free. Porto was beautiful and hotel was perfect location and clean although works getting carried out atm

What made our experience great is, the Hayes travel team are so down to earth to talk to. You go in with the type of holiday you want in your head and they make it happen and within your budget.
