Lovely people and very helpful nothing to much for them

Erin made our booking for us. Despite being nervous at first she soon grew into the process and made the experience a good one. She was polite, friendly, efficient and lovely to talk to.

Laura at hays travel Crosby is an experienced advisor. The experience we had with her last year was outstanding and she made us so comfortable and her valid experience showed in the advice and encouragement when we were first time travel cruisers and have had a great time in booking our second one with her. She is a credit to your company.

Always very helpful. I booked a holiday and was told all the options and possibilities, flights etc and different prices for different options. Very pleased.

Exactly what I want, somebody professional to sort my holiday out for me and my wife finding what we want when we want and we're we wanted. Erin was patient her lead questions obtained the information she required and within 5 minutes she had several choices for us. Everything at Hays is done for you all the booking and paperwork which at our age and not tech minded is brilliant and just what we want. Erin was patient and took time to make sure we understood everything,we have used Hayes before but will definitely be using the Crosby branch again.

Very professional friendly efficient and helpful and very knowledgeable too.

Macy and Erin gave exceptional customer service. Macy helped me find a great holiday which I needed to check was ok with my 2 other travellers. When I called back to confirm, Erin was really helpful when I wanted to go ahead and book. Only down side was my phone is not compatible with the app, it's only a few years old so that shouldn't be the case.

The holiday package was explained very well by the Hays customer rep and my questions were fully answered. The rep helped me with uploading the Hays app onto my mobile phone which was appreciated. The rep had a very pleasant manner and communicated very well.
