Excellent service and value for money
We visited the Garforth branch and yesterday to book our summer holiday and were very happy with the experience.
We had a specific set of requirements and Danielle was very helpful and friendly and offered advice on different resorts and their pros and cons.
We were in the shop for about an hour and a half and throughout Danielle was very professional and listened to our needs even though we went back and forth a bit.
This knowledge and helpfulness is invaluable when faced with a lot of options and is a reminder why we prefer to go into a branch for face to face holiday advice

What a lovely travel company
What a lovely travel company! I went to look (and book) a week's break and spoke with Danielle at the Garforth branch. Danielle was really knowledgeable and very patient. She looked at various options for my break with my sister. We had specific requirements (sisters often have 'different' wants and needs and we certainly do!). We had all our wishes met and booked it immediately. A special mention to Jason in the money bureau (hope I've spelt your name correctly). Jason was also extremely knowledgeable about the region and gave us some good information. Just a quick thank you also to Hannah at the Castleford branch. Lovely company and I will use again!

Trying all different combinations to get me the best deal, which see did and looking forward to my holiday to Lanzarote in middle of September, not had a holiday abroad for nearly 11 years !!! Cant wait.

great experience definitely recommend
I have 2 completely different things to say, both very positive! We went in with my Nan to look at crusies. Now Danielle and the rest of the staff in Hays Travel Garforth deal with my Nan frequently, she in there all the time, booking holidays and bringing them cake! The usual. So we did end up booking a cruise holiday and Danielle talked us through our options and gave a range of options before finally deciding, didn't feel rushed, she let us watch a YouTube clip of the room so we knew what it was, explained everything and booked in follow up calls too. The flip side is I'm so glad I was able visit and talk to them in person to see the care that the staff have towards the customers. I know they care for my nan as a regular frequent customer and as a person too. Great experience. Definitely recommend!
