Have used this branch several times. Friendly helpful staff (natasha) who keep us informed as well as sorting out all our paperwork and boarding passes and our currency . Its our go to travel agents .we have gone with others as well as on line companies but have always been dusappointed with accommodstion once we got there

We were seeking advice and ended up with a holiday plan that met our needs as well as being affordable. The staff were personable, helpful and knowledgable but did not push us to make a decision.
All we need now is some warm weather in southern Italy.
