I emailed the halifax branch after 6pm not expecting a reply until the following day but I got a reply straight away from Nicole who found the holiday I was looking for and changed what ever I needed changing and my holiday was booked the following morning before 12am.

Grace was very very helpful we didn't know where we wanted to go but she found us a holiday in no time at all with everything , times , airport , everything would highly recommend .

Courtney was a perfect example of what a travel agent should be. Welcoming, knowledgeable and attentive to our requirements. Booked our holiday efficiently and explained the contents of the documents in an easy to understand manner.

When we walked through the door as soon as the shop opened there were people smiling and ready to help. Courtney was very helpful going through all our options in our price range and the holiday we wanted. She explained about the new passport requirements, seat booking and everything else we needed to do. As we have not been abroad for over 10 years this was vital. Thanks all at Hayes.

Very quick and efficient service from the young lady. She was interested in what we wanted and searched to find the best deal. She managed this while an open air event went on outside the shop which was very distracting. Well done to her.
