First time cruising.
My daughter and I wanted to book a cruise holiday. We had no idea where to start. The young lady we saw took all our details and preferences and guided us through the choices we had. She was very good and sorted the booking out giving us all the information we needed. If we needed anymore information we just had to get in touch with her. I was very happy with the service and would definitely use Hays Travel again.
