As usual Sue are Hastings was a brilliant help as we booked a cruise in 2028 .we really couldn't manage without a helpful Hays travel agent to help us through everything. The whole process is a joy with no worries for us

We were helped my Millie in your Hastings store, who was polite, patient and helpful in trying to find us a last minute city break to Slovenia despite our first choice of destination in Slovenia not being available as you don’t sell holidays there and only sell to the city Ljubljana. To improve may i suggest you widen your destination options to further areas than main cities especially in Europe as i imagine you are losing out to online companies who do provide these alternative destinations.

Sarah Barry manager of Hastings branch made outstanding efforts to secure a booking of a specific hotel in Mallorca which was put on line at a late date. She did a weekly check for two months before finding two companies that were offering the hotel holiday. Her perseverence and efforts to secure the extras we required was exceptional.

Sue at the Hastings branch was amazing, she went above and beyond in helping us find a cruise for my daughters 30th birthday, we've just come back from a cruise in which sue booked for us and can't emphasise enough on her professionalism, knowledge and her overall customer care, would like to ensure that she is recognised for her hard work and dedication.

Very friendly took her time looking through lots of options for us, were happy with our holiday choice.

Made an appointment to talk cruises with Sue at Hastings shop. Nothing too much trouble, very knowledgeable and gave good advice and suggestions for first time cruisers. Looked at various options and came out almost two hours later booked to go to the med next year! She will book our plane seats as soon as able so we don't need to worry.

I would like to provide positive feedback for Michelle, who has assisted me with my bookings.

This is the second time I have booked with her, and on both occasions she has understood exactly what I was looking for and arranged it perfectly. Michelle is very capable, professional, and easy to work with. She takes the time to listen and makes the booking process straightforward.

Anne, the lovely lady that dealt with us made us feel so relaxed, she spent quite a while talking us through it, answered all our questions and found us the perfect flights. Nothing was too much for her

After searching the internet for 5 night break with quite short notice, we were struggling to fulfil our particular criteria, we tried a couple of other holiday companies who were not particularly helpful. We saw Katy in Hays travel, she was absolutely brilliant, listened to everything we wanted and immediately found 4 places for us to choose from, nothing was too much trouble, a few tweaks here and there and we narrowed it down to 2, we went away to make a decision and returned the following day to see Katy again and booked, Katy made the whole thing effortless, also printed off our boarding passes and checked us in. We will definitely be using Hays in the future. Thank you for making us feel like valued customers.
