Janine was recommended by a family member, as she has booked many holidays for them. We knew the holiday we wanted to book and it was all dealt with quickly and efficiently. Janine has come up trumps yet again for us. We had a budget to fly to Vancouver to stay with family for 10 days then head off on a wish list tour. We wanted to have a tour of Vancouver Island and then fly over to Halifax, travel the Cabot trail, incorporate a train journey through Montreal and Ottowa finally ending in Toronto before flying back to the UK. Yet again all our hopes were included in the package Janine came up with AND within budget. We didn't think the Cabot trail would be possible to include but with car hire this
became a reality.

All this, Janine managed to fit in
within our budget and with only a few tweaks required from her original plan. She always listens to what you would like to do, is so efficient and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble whilst always keeping us informed.

Now our holiday is confirmed I know she will remind us of visa requirements nearer the time and update us of information as and when she herself receives it, from the various agencies, as she has always done this in the past.

We trust her implicitly for all our travel arrangements and would definitely recommend her. She suggests things which we would never have thought of, making planning and achieving our holiday so much easier.
