Went to Hays Kettering to book a weeks holiday for myself & daughter for some autumn sunshine in Tenerife. All staff were busy, so went away for a coffee & came back as wouldn’t go anywhere else! Always go to Kettering store as all the staff are very knowledgeable & helpful in helping me choose where to go. Picking the hotel was made easy by Wendy, so holiday booked with no hassles at all. Great service! It always is!!!

The cristiania Hotel, madonna di campiglio were excellent and very kind. The location was paradise, the natural beauty is stunning. I enjoyed it very much.
It is true that madonna di campiglio is truly beautiful and cristiania Hotel were brilliant.
The dowm side came at verona Airport when I wasn't properly advised about passport rules on the return journey which caused me unnecessary stress which cost me extra expenses and nearly losing my flight, I feel hays travel, Kettering should have advised me about my passport before leaving. Thank you.
