Customer service is amazing, we booked to go to Croatia all good just as expected , but we booked sorted out payment etc and then my son wanted to come , the ladies in Kirkby branch contacted the air line changed our room to an upgraded one cancelled my direct debit and set up a new one, complete sorted everything out ad we did not have to go back to the store ,, we have a cruise this year in September and Croatia is fir next year we will definitely be using hays again amazing service thank you so much

City breaks We had a budget for a 4day
We had a budget for a 4 day city break as we had some destinations and to see the best price with all the options flight, hotel, hotel transfer from airport to hotel. The travel agent helped us and gave us a good deal which suited both parties and paid a deposit so are planning to go very soon.
