Abbie dealt with our holiday request very professionally and efficiently. It was a delight to discuss all our requirements with her and ultimately provided us with everything we requested. Now really looking forward to our upcoming holiday.

We used Hays last year to help us find a holiday that would suit our requirements in Portugal and they were so good we came back and this time we’re looking in Greece. Once again all our asks were listened too and staff knowledge of the areas used to find exactly what we needed. A lovely friendly team who go the extra mile, no hesitation in recommending and special thanks to Fran.

It’s always a joy to deal with Emily & Claire as they are so attentive and listen to our needs. They are super efficient and the communication is great. Very happy with the service we receive.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Emily and the other colleagues at the Macclesfield branch.
We wanted to go to Sorrento .
Emily was very thorough in getting us the best deal and talking us through the holiday .
She was friendly and cheerful with a good sense of humour . She made our booking experience enjoyable

Unfortunately the assistant took the full balance of the holiday coat instead of the deposit only. As this was taken on a Saturday this could not be rectified until the Monday. It wasnt a problem and the holiday could have been paid in full. It was just the principle of the matter

I only speak to one lady whenever I go to book my holiday with Hays Travel. I can’t remember her name, but she’s the assistant manager. She totally gets what I want and she totally gets me the best deal. My friends were all telling me why don’t you book Online ? why did you go to a travel agent? Simple I got a better deal than what I could get online for a lot less hassle and faffing about
