Sylvia was welcoming and offered to try to get me booked to join friends for a group holiday which was already showing as ‘sold out’. I didn’t think there was much hope, but 1 week later I had booked my place on the holiday. I’m so excited and grateful for her perseverance on my behalf. Thanks, Sylvia & Hays.

As always, Yvonne did a great job doing our booking. This time we were booking a family holiday for 9 people and she made it so easy, even though J2 holidays had a problem with their computer. She managed to sort it all out. Thank you.

Knew what type of holiday and where we wanted to go before we visited Hays but was happy when Ceilidh went through the details of a number of the hotels we had shortlisted. Ceilidh was able to book a balcony room (which wasn't available when I viewed it online) at our first choice hotel and at a price cheaper than I could find online. Happy with our experience.
