We met with Aiden who was so helpful. We didn’t really know where we wanted to book and he listened to all the information we gave him and then found options. He had so much knowledge about resorts and surrounding areas he gave us lots of ideas. Aiden took the time to listen to what we were looking for and we have now booked a holiday from his suggestion. He gave us a great discount/offer and fantastic advice about transfers and insurance. We would highly recommend this branch of Hays and especially Aiden, he was brilliant. We can’t wait for our holiday and will definitely book an appointment to see him again next year for our holiday.

Aiden was super. He listened, found exactly what we wanted and explained everything thoroughly. When I rang the next day to book the holiday he did everything very efficiently over the phone and explained the next steps clearly. Would highly recommend him.

Jo at the Norwich city centre branch of Hays was an absolute star 🌟 in trying to find us a hotel in Sorrento.
She was very thorougher in explaining all the details of our booking with us and would certainly recommend Hays . We had been in to Hays the week before we booked so we booked an appointment this week to go back and see Jo and we are glad we did .

Ella was very patient with our dithering over where we wanted to go. Once that was settled she found the hotel for us went through all aspects of our stay. Booked seats our on the plane. Went through all the fine print with us. Told us about the special rates on getting our money. She was overall very good will definitely seek her if we book again.
