Excellent service, went above and beyond, The only downfall was unfortunately my plane was half an hour late leaving Heathrow which affected my connecting flights, so was quite stressful . But the travel company were great.

Grand Tour of South America for a solo traveller
Helpful, friendly personal service. I had been looking online for a trip to South America and had become overwhelmed with all the different options. I decided to go into Hays Travel and speak to an expert on options for a solo traveller to experience a grand tour in the best way for me.
