Everything was done for me
Went to book a cruise the one I wanted did not have any accessible cabins left so came up with a alternative cruise, plus sorted out parking , evacuation chair, and done medical form, happy that everything was all done in one place

Roy gave us 5 star treatment, this is the 3rd holiday we have booked with Hays Travel at Transit Way Plymouth, solely because of Roy and his team, they are excellent, they are so polite and knowledgeable, we went back to the office on the 11th January and have booked another holiday to Tenerife in December this year, we will also be going back in a few months time to book another holiday for some time in June this year for our 50th wedding anniversary.
