Nothing is to much trouble at Poole Hays Travel have recommended them to friends

We have always had great service from Hays in Poole. The staff are friendly and have great attention to detail, making sure your holiday plans are smooth. However, on this occasion I wanted to praise them for the help they gave us when we had to cancel our holiday unexpectedly. I went into the store and spoke to Steve, and he was so helpful in explaining the process we needed to go through, and what order to do things in, to claim back on our holiday insurance. He was thoughtful and kind at a very difficult time and thanks to him we have now successfully reclaimed all our costs. I just wanted to share how good Hays is, not just when things go well, but when things go wrong as well. We will definitely be booking every holiday with them in future!

The service provided by Julie is second to none. Working whilst at home in the evening; getting to the office early to make bookings by 8.30am; working during “days off “. She is a real credit to your brand.

Had a Telephone call from Steve at Poole Branch reminding me about the release of P & O’s new 2028 cruises, he then checked the prices of a couple of the cruises we chosen and called me back and he then took the booking for the cruise we’d decided on. The lady who booked my holiday mrs fiona attenbough was so very helpfull that she should have a pay rise.

George was amazing! He spent time with us making sure we booked the best room for our cruise and was very knowledgeable. It’s our second cruise booking with Hays and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.
