Friendly Romsey branch.
Myself and my husband went into the Romsey branch to book a holiday. We had a friendly welcome by Emma. Emma listened to what we were looking for in a holiday and quickly got a good choice for us to look through. She had great knowledge and could easily answer any questions we had.

Great really helpful staff
Emma was really helpful sorted out a couple of issues and arranged a hotel the night before our flight. Nothing is too much trouble and we had help from Caitlin and Lewis with the original booking request. All booked and looking forward to the trip

Our complicated requirements for a booking in 2027 were readily accepted by staff. Charlotte kept a close eye on availability of the hotel until future bookings were possible and secured what we required + flights.
