Warm and friendly welcome
After a mess up with our cruise this year , I didn’t want to go back to Hays , but decided to try Shanklin , what a friendly warm welcome we got , very knowledgeable and listened to what we said (even apologized for this years mess up , even tho it wasn’t them) we booked our cruise and will be going in again.

Popped into Hays travel shanklin.
Spoke to sarah in the hopes of going to sharm el-sheikh but the flights just didn't fit to what we wanted so she looked for other places & found Tunisia the flights was exactly what we wanted & perfect hotel.
We always get excellent friendly service from all the staff there & sarah has so much patience with us.
