It was such a pleasure to book a holiday with Hays travel. I've used this travel agents in Shildon for numerous years. It's always been a pleasure as staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to help in anyway they can. Claire our assistant was exceptional as always with Hays staf.

Never book anywhere else, always friendly efficient staff, makes life easy.

I would like to say how friendly, professional, informative and accommodating Trudy Hall was throughout our journey exploring holiday options for cruises. I bombarded Trudy with so many options and questions and she was an absolute star in getting back to me time and time again with speedy responses with the answers and additional information to help us with our decision. It was lovely to meet her face to face when finally booking our cruise to be able to share our gratitude for all her hard work and help, although sad to hear she was leaving to pastures new, I know her new job will have gained a trooper with such a lovely person with a lovely, friendly manner with working with the public.
