All the staff are warm and welcoming. Not the first time the team at hays have organised a big family holiday for us. Both Eileen and Ben were very attentive showed us lots of pictures wrote down what we wanted and came up with a very good price. We are a party of four adults and Ben was excellent at his job.

The young girl Emily was brilliant. We booked a cruise and a 5 day break for my husband. Nothing was too much as we had a few questions on each Holiday.

We were approached by Emma when we entered the agency in a friendly and helpful approach! She helped us by truthfully telling us the facts good and bad about other cruise operators and when we asked about a cruise we were interested in she invited us to sit down and was very helpful in answering our questions and we were very happy to book our cruise with her expert knowledge. Went into hayes in Swindon yesterday and was met with the Agent BEN he is the most helpful man I have ever booked holidays with! Absolutely nothing is to much trouble his knowledge is 100% a lovely guy and will be definitely booking holidays agin with him 👍
