Great Customer facing staff.
I booked in a Hays branch because I’m sick of doing everything on line and then spending hours trying to keep track of emails, notifications etc. I want to talk face to face and enjoy the enthusiasm of someone who genuinely enjoys helping people book their perfect holiday. It’s a big thing. You save hard for them, you spend months looking forward to them & they have great expectation put upon them so it’s far better to enjoy the process of booking them with the help of someone who understands that and wants to help you achieve the best possible outcome. Sara Short was that someone for me.
I know I will see her now from time to time when I pop into the village & likely catch each others eye and it will remind me that I’m a little closer to going on a lovely relaxing trip all booked and I don’t have to worry about searching screens to check every detail, Sara’s in charge of all that for me.
