A great booking experience
I went in with some information I had previously collected from Ann earlier in the week.
I was greeted by Laura who put me at me ease and talked me through the booking process.
Laura was very patient and told me several stories from her own and other ladies experiences which made me look forward to my cruise even more!

Efficient and. Competent service
I arrived just before lunch closure but my travel agent immediately welcomed me and was willing to help. He immediately got down to business and was polite, helpful and patient with me and listened carefully to my requests and requirements and managed to sort me out so I would always recommend Hays Travel to anyone.
