Really great service from Parker, helping to book a Cruise.

Always have used Hays . Staff so friendly and they know exactly what they are doing so makes it more of a relaxing knowing everything is being done to make holiday stress free.

Very helpful

I was very impressed with the customer services that I received when I went into Hayes Travel in Torquay. We were assisted by Emma who was lovely and really informative and tried to help us as much as she could. She spent ages answering all of our questions as we were thinking about booking a cruise, which we did thanks to Emma. I was worried about sea sickness and she explained that she had recently been on a cruise taster and how she manged it which put my mind at rest.

Came in yesterday to book a holiday and although the first time booking through Hays as usually have booked myself on line or over the phone. Have had hundreds of holidays abroad and must say the whole process was the easiest I have experienced with a local travel agent. Emma was very efficient and spot on with information - a credit to Hays Travel.

Knew where we wanted to go, went in travel agents and everything was done for us. Quick and easy.

Carly was knowledgeable, very efficient and friendly. It was a complex booking as we had family flying in from Australia but she guided us through it .

Very helpful and patient. Did lot of time getting rooms for me .

Well, what can I say? Firstly, we was greeted in the Torquay branch of Hays Travel by a lovely lady called Emma who was very friendly and bubbly.

We explained we wanted a family holiday with all the grandparents and all the kids told her our requirements and she jumped straight in to action filled with knowledge..!! Given us all the information for different parts of Travel. What would be a better scenario with the kids and grandparents.

Cut a long story short she helped us from start to finish and we booked there and then she even helped us with all the Parking bookings at the airport all the additional information and she’s even emailing the hotel with our requirements.

All I can say is she is a very highly experienced member of staff who brings a lot of passion to her clients and you can see she’s an asset to the company. I hope the company appreciates her as much as she has helped us with our holiday booking and we will be back to book another one with Emma directly.
