We have over the year gone to hays previously thomas cook. We find them reliable trustworthy, good on competitive prices. Also we regularly see an employer name Stacy such an happy helpful person.

Glad I booked my holiday at Hayes.
Hi went into Hayes to get a quote for my holiday. The young woman was so nice and helpful, gave me so much information about the holiday.
I decided there and then to book it, once again the young woman was so good, the booking process did not take too long. The service was very good, my daughters are now booking their holidays through Hayes too.

The best place to book a holiday
The best place to book a holiday. The team are all so knowledgeable about the many different resorts and give honest advise on whether a hotel/resort will be a good match.
I loved the way they all worked as a team to book my trip and car parking and have a laugh with each other which makes you feel like your holiday is important to them. They so obviously enjoy working for Hays Travel and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
