Really pleased with the service
Holly was extremely quick and efficient. Found exactly what I asked for within minutes. She wasn't pushy at all. I'd been a bit nervous about booking it myself online and she put me at ease straight away. Checked us in and booked our seats too. Really pleased with the service.

Amazing experience
The girls in hays wrexham branch have all been very helpful.. Dion has been amazing... i told her what i wanted and she met every requirement that I asked her for and more.. Will definitely be visiting again to book my next getaway

Easy booking
I called in yesterday as had seen deal on easy jet app. Prefer to use travel agent.

Booked a cruise with Hays Wrexham with…
Booked a cruise with Hays Wrexham with Princess cruises.They changed our flight times twice one in November 2025 and again in January 2026,we paid an extra £43 each in November but refused to pay another £50 each in January 2026.Both flight changes meant we had a stopover in Lisbon for 13 hours.No accommodation or even a meal voucher.Hays and Princess cruises are refusing to refund our £150 deposits.Disgusting treatment by both parties.After cancellation of the cruise the girl actually said to us she is a regular cruiser but would never book with Princess cruises.Unbelievable behaviour from Hays.

The staff are excellent
The staff are excellent, Dion helped us this time to book our Krakow break, she picked a lovely hotel in the centre with plenty of sights and resurants, organised transport from the airport and return journey.
