I had to use the customer service as i received a spam message about a delivery. The company immediately replied to me and told me it wasn’t them. They then gave me the dispatch day which they followed through on and the next day I had 5 different plants arrive that were well packaged and in great shape. Will be ordering again

After being thrilled with my 2025 purchase of a Venus Fly Trap which I have successfully overwintered, I’ve just bought my second plant from Nigel at HCC. This time a Saracenia.
It has arrived so very well packaged, and in superb condition…. This will not be my last purchase from this
excellent seller.

I bought three sundews. I am new to these plants. Nigel packaged them really well so despite a delivery mishap (that was not in seller's control), the plants were still happy and healthy! The third one has emerged from dormancy, and it's super gorgeous. Thank you for the prompt replies, the reassurance, and advice on plant care.

I have ordered quite a few plants over the last few weeks and can safely say that they always arrive well packaged and in perfect condition the plants are of very good quality and well worth the money I will continue to purchase plants from them in the future

Great communication, very rapid dispatch, very good quality potted plants at a good price point. Also very wide variety of cultivars but if you see one you like don't hang around as they get snapped up pretty quick. (I am in no way affiliated to HCCP and realise that this might make getting those rare cultivars will be now more difficult!)
