Have used HCC Solicitors since 2023 with claim .
I can recommend 100% Mr Fred Adams. He has been amazing, constantly keeping me updated, explaining all the difficult things and advising me about my claim.
Having never had to deal with and understand correct procedures. Mr Adams has helped me so much and been extremely professional and worked so hard to enable to conclude a very successful claim.

Absolutely appalling service. Took four years to nearly resolve a relatively simple road traffic collision case where the third party insurers admitted liability immediately.

A catalogue of errors, losing information and mistakes verging on incompetence throughout, HCC didn't even reply to my official complaint, making a mockery of their own so called procedures. Their mishandling of the case caused me more stress and anxiety than the incident itself. Ive been appointed that many of their solicitors/case handlers I cannot remember!

At one point they lost a payment of over 4000 pounds for over a year which I resolved within minutes of them giving me the details.

Following HCCs failure to request interest on the Court Claim which created a loss of over 400 pounds to me, they suggest that I take the third party insurer to Court myself!

Never again!

PS the Legal Ombudsman is not much better, as of October 2025 they are only just allocating cases to investigators they received in August 2024!

Awful, shoddy company. I was recommended these by my insurance company (nice little back hander for them it later transpired) i have had numerous claims handlers as they do nothing, or leave, or both. Contact is only conveniently made 5 minutes before your claims handler takes annual leave. Phones aren't answered, voicemails aren't returned, emails ignored. HCC offered me a sum to close the Legal ombudsman case i opened against them, so they obviously know how abysmal they are. Do not even think of using these if you value your time or wellbeing, the stress caused by these cowboys is astounding.

SCAMMERS! No support or help at all, even after confiding in Mike Molloy about my mental health! Not even so much as a Call or text, I seem to be doing all the calling around and emailing everyone for them. Avoid this company at all costs! I have made a 2 x formal complaints and contacted ombudsman no Morals or Values.

Especially Mike Molley scam artist at its finest
