I was wanting to improve the CCTV coverage at the rear of my house but could not run a coax cable to the best position for the camera.
I spoke to Gary in the sales department at HDCCTV and he came up with the ideal solution to meet my needs. Gary produced a list of all the equipment required to upgrade my existing system which I was very happy with.
The equipment was delivered quickly and I installed it in in a few hours and all worked perfectly.
I did have a couple of very minor problems on the operation side and this was resolved very quickly by Roy in the technical team who was extremely helpful.
Overall, the equipment is very good and a very helpful after sales teams.

Absolutely excellent company. I knew roughly what I wanted & what I didn't & had a very informative call with one of the sales team who gave me straight up, honest information, rather than 'selling'. Since then I have set my system up & had a couple of technical questions, one of which I needed a callback from a tech expert. He was absolutely brilliant & solved my problem (being able to view my cameras outside my personal LAN) withing 15 mins. The service I have received has been absolutely first class !!

Needed advice and equipment to use within home environment, I knew little .They listened, provided a camera with sd back up to do the job.
Gary was excellent and the help and overall service from them was exceptional.

I'm new to cctv and have been impressed with the help and support I've been given by HDCCTV. I asked lots of questions before purchasing form them and always received full replies that were genuinely helpful. I've asked a few more since making my purchase and the response has been the same, though this has hardly been necessary so far as my X-Vision equipment seems easy to use and HDCCTV have put many detailed guides on YouTube that take you through how to set up and use the equipment.

Ok, HDCCTV. The sales side of the supply of my equipment could have been better, I wasn’t asked enough questions resulting in some equipment not being offered and then unsuitable equipment arriving, however after a little communication with customer and technical support all issues have been resolved.

On a very positive note the technical support department is second to none and doggedly work through issues until resolved, additionally I had personal contact from the CEO and founder of the company who was genuinely concerned about my issues.

There would be 5 stars if sales were a little more on the ball.

Overall though the equipment is really very good and I can recommend HDCCTV.......not many of the other companies I found had such support in place.

HDCCTV is Y3K but for non-business customers. They had the CCTV DVR I wanted at a good price, order and delivery were straightforward and fast and I'm very happy with the product and service received. I also used Y3K in the past and had a similarly good experience for cctv dvr and cameras.

Really helpful guys. The two Gary's couldn't do enough to help us - from helping us select what we needed to technical support setting it up and ironing out little problems. Great CCTV system and great company.

The CCTV system was bought at a very reasonable price and the after sales assistance to set it all up was exceptional.
All in all an excellent experience.
