Steve has security cameras for me, friendly fantastic job a highly recommend..

Spoke to the guy over the phone who installed my cctv 3 years ago as I had a connection problem. (offline status). This was a simple fix for him as he explained in detail to me how to resolve the issue. He also explained that he would not be charging for this which is absolutely tremendous customer service as the problem was actually external ie WiFi issues. A very grateful and satisfied customer who highly recommends this superb company.

Absolutely brilliant service this morning from Steven. Spoke to him about a CCTV problem on a system he did not install. Was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. Solved the problem for me over the phone. Very Very grateful. Any such work I need in the future HD will be first call.

I cannot recommend this company high enough. I had a remote viewing connection issue with my CCTV system, (which was installed by someone else) and spoke to Steven online who then telephoned me and ended up calling in on the way to another job. Steven sorted the problem quickly and won’t accept payment. Fanastic service and very genuine. I know where i will be going for CCTV and alarm issues. 10 out 10 for HD Security.

We were recommended steve to fit our security cameras in july 2018, he came out fitted our cameras installed the apps on my phone, everything seemed to be going ok had a few teething problems with the hardware keep going back to 1970 and steve came and replaced the box, all seemed to be going ok again for a little while till the back camera started showing no video footage after a few excuses steve came out and stated we needed a new cable to which he was going to arrange, after months of hearing all the excuses as to why he cudnt come my husband called steve to which he refused to come and repair it at all, weve had a company come out today to see if this can be repaired but to my horror the new company has found that there was live wires taped up with black tape to which the guy has replaced straight away as it was dangerous, the box steve fitted to the inside of my home is a reconditioned box and not hik connect and neither are the cameras hik connect there just sumthing bought on amazon, the broken wire that the guys looked at today are taped together under my tiles on the roof lying in water,, just great eh, my husband has called steve today in regards to this to be informed by steve that his company is no longer operational and theres nothing we can do about it,,, well that aint washing with me so weve called citizens advice today and we will be taking their advice to persue this,,, avoid this cowboy at all costs

Stay well clear, he don’t come back when there is a problem, faulty gear, STAY WELL CLEAR

I did a lot of research looking for a good reliable cctv installer.After reading some reviews I went with hd security and I am so pleased I did!Steve was professional and polite explained everything thoroughly to my husband on the way phone,even came back the next day to fill in the hole! No wires showing at all !you would never know he’d been! 100% recommend Steve!

Absolutely great, professional and trustworthy company! I spent days trying to find a descent, reasonably priced company and came across to HD security. Steve was very helpful over the phone and explained what would be the best option with no pressure or obligation. My house is a bit tricky when it comes to wiring, but guys did a fantastic job, hiding all the cables and positioning cameras where they needed. Huge thanks to James, who was extremely helpful and gave impression more like a friend, than engineer. Would highly recommend this company, I would give 10 stars if I could!

James installed 3 CCTV cameras. He was polite and professional at all times. Went out of his way to explained everything in plain English. Advised us as to the best place for the camera and wires but gave us options. Would recommend him and the company.

I searched the internet for weeks looking for a reasonably priced company to supply and install CCTV in my home. I emailed Steve and got a call back the next day. We discussed what I wanted and he explained their pricing structure which you can see on their website, very transparent and honest.
The installer James was superb. I'm not exaggerating. He was polite, thorough and explained everything. Nothing was to much bother to him. The installation was OCD neat, perfect!
I had a quick query after the install and Steve was excellent and explained things further step by step (my user error!)
I was so impressed with Steve and James that I will recommend this company to everyone!

A very honest and trustworthy company. Delighted with the prompt service and the installation of our new HD CCTV system.
The installer cleaned up after himself and would not take a penny until we were satisfied with the installation and system demonstration. Good honest traders are very hard to find these days but thank goodness for H.D. Security Newcastle upon Tyne. We will certainly recommend and definitely use again.
