I ordered something and gave two different delivery and billing addresses. Instead of delivering it to the delivery address they sent it to the billing address. What levels of incompetence are needed to make such a newbie mistake? Avoid if possible.

Ordered a nice little bong from their house brand, shipping was pretty fast, well packaged and nice products

The products are ok, but after multiple time asking for them to add our mobile number onto the pack - they still dont and our package always gets lost and we have to make calls and track it down which is very frustrating.

I received my order but one of the items was missing , when i told them about the issue and asked them to ship me the missing product they said they refuse to send the item to me because then they would have to pay 20 euro shipping !

(as if it was my fault the customer)

Shipping is quite fast and the customer service is on point.
All in all the best shop your stoner heart could want.

So I'm writing this review just because the customer service doesn't answer my emails for about 2 months now. Up until now I didn't have any problem with the company, you have helped me with a mistake I did when sending something back. Everything ok up until when its time for you guys to send me the money for the product that I sent back. Your costumer service said:

We have some happy news for you.

Today, the items from your return, which Ehle forwarded to us, arrived.

After correcting the invoice and deducting the agreed €14.80, you have a remaining credit of €95.22.

Please select something in our shop and inform us of the corresponding article numbers.

We will then manually create an order with these items and deduct your credit.

I think the email was clear and I was ok with that. When it's time for me to order something from the credit I had, they explained to me that I don't have any credit and was all sent to my account. I explained their error and if they could check with your bank because I already checked with mine and I didn't receive nothing. The answer was a print of a transfer notification that doesn't show if I received or not the money. I asked for a bank receipt so I could show to my bank, but after that no more answers, now I don't know if you think that I'm trying to cross somebody's leg but I just want my 90€ back like it was agreed with the emails.

Second time I order on this site and always accurate in shipping, excellent products at competitive prices. maybe shipping prices a bit high.

I ordered something and it came 1 week later. They had forgotten to put something in and I emailed them and they said they'd send me it straight away :)) very happy with everything I really recommend it. Will definitely be back again.

The delivery was a little late but other than that a great company,the products which are nothing short of amazing arrived all in perfect condition thanks to the great packaging, very helpful customer service team, great prices too, very happy with the order, so go on and treat yourself I did and am over the moon. :)
