Returned product to me without fixing the problem. Failed to answer my email after they sent useless product back to me. I have contacted the product manufacturer to try to bring it to their attention.
Your answer here is contrary to what you wrote in the letter with the returned ibasso. You said in the the letter that the problem was due to the current OS and that I should revert back to El Capitan. Here you say it's because I'm running an old OS.

I think you are being unfair, blaming us for Apple removing support for your device. Many hours were spent on investigating the problem. We found a solution, but do understand and agree that reverting to an old OS is a bad idea.
They were unable to give me the shipping I wanted, but they told me promptly and refunded my shipping cost.
