I really like Headcovers Unlimited. I have the Trinity Turban in most of the colors. My favorites are the raisin and heather taupe colors. However, each time I order more of these 2 colors, they are a different color than my previous order of the exact same product. This has happened multiple times as I've ordered 4 of each color over the years. For this I would give 2-3 stars.

Other than this, I highly recommend Headcovers Unlimited and would give them 5 stars for their variety and quality and prices.

When my order was received there was a small problem and the response to my problem was immediate. Everything was taken care of very quickly. Finally found a place to get bra’s with out guessing if my partial was going to fit.

When I first opened the package I was disappointed in the quality.however, when I put it on, though, I realized the softness and light feeling is perfect for your target customers. It can make a woman fighting for her life feel pretty and comfortable.

The product was not as shown on your website not even close I cannot keep my wig on to save my soul it slips slides and falls and that is not what your website shows happens when using this very disappointed

I ordered from Canada and delivery was quite fast and the tracking interface provided up to date information. Your website was easy to navigate. The products were excellent quality.

Unfortunately the very high customs charge when the package was delivered was quite a surprise. I don’t recall being charged customs before. Nor did I read that there would be. Charge levied upon receipt. But I may have not noticed it on your website.

It was very easy to order and is the shape I want. However I thought I was ordering a more 'weighted' insert and this one is very light. It tends to sit higher in my pocketed bra than my natural breast so I do feel a little odd about that. Do you carry one similar to what I ordered but perhaps weighted on the bottom?

The only thing I would suggest is making the band beige instead of black or rather having options for band colors. The black shows through my mesh top baseball cap and it looks a little weird.

I purchased this head covering for a friend who is just beginning her breast cancer journey. She liked the style and stretchiness of the item.

It felt good to by from a woman owned company. I bought these for my step mom who recently shaved her head due to hair loss from cancer treatments. She says they are comfortable and loves the colors.

My one and only complaint is your return policy. if I returned and wanted a store Credit, that would be fine, but if I just want my money back, I have to pay to send it back to you which cost me over $10 and then you charge me a restocking fee on top of that. It is for that reason and that reason only, I would never purchase anything from you again.

I love headcovers hats. They are soft and tag-less. But they don't have the colors in size large like they used too.
