I had my hair cut into a short bob and the hairdresser Cheyenne was so careful and attentive . She took her time to get it just right and paid my hair lots of attention. I love it thank you I would visit again for sure

My 13 year old daughter came in for a cut and blow dry with Harriet at Wimbledon Broadway yesterday and had such a positive experience I had to review.

She told me how lovely and kind everyone had been and that she’d really enjoyed it. She was delighted with her hair which is thick and curly and she finds quite difficult to manage. Harriet had not only done a great job of cutting it well and straightening it (no mean feat due to the volume and thickness), she had done it respectfully and with a smile.

I will not hesitate to tell everyone about your wonderful service.

This was in direct contrast to previous terrible experience at Rush where they were incredibly rude and rough, criticised her hair and left her feeling extremely upset.

Thank you very much to Harriet and the whole team. I cannot tell you how much of a positive impact it had on a teenager.

I'm a semi regular client at Walton on Thames Headmasters. I went for a cut and blow dry yesterday. Despite me telling the stylist at the start that I wanted the cut to end up 'below the chin' she has done it like a short bob. I even clarified once more after she had started cutting that it would end up below the chin and she said 'yes' so no idea why she has done it about an inch shorter. It looks quite ridiculous so I've had to pin some of the hair off my face til it grows. I think it was the same stylist who over cut my hair about a year ago as well. She's fine with taking out enough weight from the hair but she tends to over cut the length. It will now take about 6 weeks to get it to the length I want. I find Headmasters stylists in general to not listen very well to what you say even if you say it twice and you know you have communicated clearly. It's very hard to find one who does what you want. It's largely the experienced senior ranking ones ( who are expensive) who do what you've asked them.

I have been a long standing client but my most recent visit was different for 2 main reasons
1. My stylist was absent so I had another stylist,George, who didn't know me or my hair but worked hard at cutting my hair as I wanted
2.I am recovering from knee surgery and am on crutches and George was particularly helpful with the challenges that caused and was kind and sympathetic
I left the salon very pleased with my hair

A perfect Wash/Cut/Dry including Head Massage by Leanne in Farnham today. She understood exactly what I wanted. Very Pleased 10/10.

Had a fantastic experience at Headmasters Guildford. The team were welcoming, professional, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. I’m absolutely delighted with my cut and finish – it’s exactly what I hoped for and styled beautifully. The salon has a great atmosphere and I left feeling relaxed and confident. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-quality hairdresser in Guildford!

Both my daughter and I get our hair done by Shaun at Headmasters Guildford and he does an amazing job! My daughter had her hair done today, highlights and balayage as well as a fantastic cut and she look gorgeous. Thank you Shaun! We feel so great going into the New Year!

Terrible job. My requirements were no layers, cover roots, kerastase treatment and not to go any darker. Result provided - absolutely ridiculous uneven cut, much darker hair, forced the wrong treatment on me (clearly to save time on his end) and left me 200 pounds short and with worse off hair. Greys were covered, to be fair. Would not recommend - gave them 3 chances and had a terrible experience each time. Disrespectful at best.

Was rushed out in less than 25 minutes (for what was meant to be a 45 minute appointment). I was genuinely made to feel like I was an inconvenience as my stylist Ellie was dealing with another customer having a colour. Also did not even get offered a drink. Was looking forward to a cup of tea & a relaxing experience just before Christmas & frankly left v disappointed. I will not use this branch again (Surbiton)

Nicole at Weybridge Headmasters highlighted my hair on Saturday. She had previously cut it a few weeks ago. She recommended an enhanced approach to my colour and a treatment. I was thrilled with my colour. I usually just see it as maintenance, but this time my colour really stood out and made my hair look vibrant and full. I have received multiple comments on my hair since and I'm thrilled with it.

Fabulous Gee!!! So good at her job she corrected a quite bad haircut from another famous salon in one go and made my hair look fabulous! Cannot recommend her enough! Has a lovely personality too so she’s an all-round great stylist for the Kingston salon!!

I'd like to say a big thanks to Harriet for cutting my daughter's hair. She made it a great experience and my daughter came away beaming.

The best hairdressers I've been to the stylist was called kate and she explained everything to me the customer service was excellent I wouldn't go anywhere else this was a great experience. I went to the reading branch in town definitely recommend them

Hammermiths Headmasters. Ignored what i requested during the consultation. Balayage lasted 3.5 hours with FOUR products applied and hair looked awful on leaving (very dull) and is now like straw. Have completely damaged my hair (I suspect they made a mistake and tried to cover it up hence the time and 4 products). Made a complaint and even contacted the Headmasters platform and Hemmersmith REFUSE to respond as they are a franchise.

Unprofessional salon , cold and rushed service. Asked for a balayage and definitely did not receive that. Unblended hair that’s stripy , colour is no where near what I asked for. They are refusing to give a refund even after they attempted to fix it on the day and still failed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND , don’t waste your money , time or energy.

I had a cut and blow dry along with a birthday treat treatment, curtesy of Headmasters VIP. The massage chair whilst having my hair washed and having my treatment is a great plus! The staff were all very friendly and I left with a fabulous cut and my hair feeling amazing. Thanks to my stylist Sophie. Thank you.
