I purchased this as an open-box item and was genuinely impressed. It was packaged exquisitely, with great care taken to protect every component like it was brand new. Shipping was fast, and the item arrived with zero damage. Everything works perfectly, exactly as expected. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase open-box from headphones.com again.

Delivery of the product was efficient and timely. Personal preference for the delivery service is UPS or FeEx - door to door. I have to go to the post office for pickup if USPS is used.

The price on the item I purchased was excellent and was what convinced me to make the purchase. The shipping charge was high enough to make me consider not making the purchase. And in spite of the high shipping cost, it took over a week to receive the item.

Fast delivery and good packaging. My only concern was when I first wanted to purchase. I didn't catch only members could purchase this clearance item. Kind of a bummer I felt. Anyway I had to wait tell members only was over. I ended up getting it at a better price. So I reckon I have nothing to complain about right. So I won't. Good sale.

It's a decent leather cover and it fits the Q15 like a glove. Ship'd fast and packed in a box. Excellent service.
