Good prices, helpful staff, quick shipping.. what's not to like?

Everything about my recent experience with headphones.com was positive. It started off with being very responsive to my questions, even though I sent them quite a few. Their shopping experience is outstanding...quick, easy to navigate & filter, etc. Their prices are very competitive. Their "Open Box" selection is simply outstanding. Those prices are phenomenal, and they always have a great selection of open-box items in stock (which is where I scored my Chord Poly). I'm super happy with the whole experience, and will absolutely shop them on the regular when I need something.

Showed up packaged very poorly, a big no no in HiFi. Included BNC interconnect cables were laying loosely inside the box right up against the device itself, the other included cables were just balled up and shoved inside the other smaller boxes. Pawn shops do better than this. Totally unacceptable for a product this expensive.

I bought my ML 5909 in this site and it arrived in just 5 days after I ordered it. The transaction was smooth and the package arrived in good condition, no dents whats-o-ever. Will be ordering here next time I need to upgrade my comp accessories.

I am glad Headphones.com was able to fulfill my pre-order. Some sites had fine-print that seemed to indicate I might be on the hook for tariff's above the quoted price, but nothing like that here. My pre-paid amount was the delivered price. In the three years I've been buying headphones & related sound equipment, I've watched almost all their you tube content. I recommend them.

I found a great product at a great price. The trick with Heaphones.com is to visit the site on a regular basis. So many products are sold out or back order, you can get pessimistic about finding something good. But good deals do pop up, so you need to check regularly to grab them.

They have a great return policy also, and I say that, although I've never had to return anything I've purchased.
