Saw an ad online

Saw an ad online after a search for a tiller. You will see it if you use yahoo search and type in rear tine tiller for sale. $69.86 for tiller (brand new with free shipping) TOO good to be true. Not sure if this is Hewaline themselves or a 2nd party hack, but it looks like to me that the money winds up going towards someones timeshare. Thank God I used Paypal payment, because I knew something was up after USPS delivery and nothing was there, I got my money back in an instant. Thanks Paypal.THIS REVIEW WAS TO BE 4 HEWALINE NOT HEALTHLINE

Everything they write is biased.

Everything in this horrible site is biased. Claiming to offer well-researched information written by experts when you instead offer biased opinions is disinformation. These people shouldn’t be appearing at the top of search results.

Awful site, always at the top of search results

There should be an investigation into why this awful site along with WebMD is always pushed to the top of Google search results here in the UK. It you don't accept its cookies it gives you an even more useless version of the site. Use the NHS site instead.

No longer trustworthy

I agree with the points raised by the other recent 1-star reviewers here regarding Healthline's poor advice, clickbait agenda & relentless product hawking.

After all, more clicks means more advertising money in their pocket.

I've read their articles for several years, & have seen their site dramatically shift into one that tries to sell you everything under the sun that's even remotely related to health.

This new "sales first, reliable info second" endgame seemed to have kicked in sometime after the COVID outbreak began, as best as I can tell.

All this is done under the guise of Healthline touting out their "health expert" authority, so as to further convince you to buy this or that.

And as others have noted, Healthline's "medical advice" area has gone downhill quite a bit from their early years IMHO.

Unsurprisingly, I decided to stop going to their website as a result of all this.

Inaccurate and misleading ranking of…

Inaccurate and misleading ranking of A1c at-home test kit information. Their ranking does not mention the fact that the majority of their top ranked A1c kits are not FDA approved. They promote laboratory developed tests (LDT). They promote one test as best overall. LDT tests are not approved to be used or marketed outside the laboratory where it was developed. Their top ranked test requires 600 ul of finger stick blood, 60 times the volume compared to A1c tests that require only 10ul. The ranking should be taken down from the site. It is very misleading to the consumer. Their ranking is not scientific as they claim. It was not developed by healthcare professionals in diabetes but rather their marketing team/or their sole opinion. We have attempted to contact the editor but have not received any response.

Awful website

Awful website - if you disallow cookies it takes you to the "ad-tracking free" version of the website, which is nothing. I will not be forced to allow you to sell my history and target ads, and will never use this website. I just hate how high up it comes in every search vaguely health-related

Recently found Healthline

Recently found Healthline, and whilst I cannot vouch for all of their articles, I have found the ones that I have read that are related to nutrition to be well-supported by references to the USDA Dietary Guidelines for Americans, and various other Depts and websites all run by the USDA. In some instances, links are out of date because the USDA continually updates its site, however, a quick Google search or direct search from the USDA sites that I have visited, has revealed the same information. So I am reasonably sure that the information that they have provided is true and reliable. I do not believe that I am being misled.

I have found lots of false information…

I have found lots of false information here, but nothing so egregious as an article telling lesbians how to have sex with men who claim to be lesbians too. This is off the charts horrifying. Lesbians are attracted to females, it’s same-sex attraction, not same gender identity attraction. Young lesbians are feeling coerced into having sex with men in order not to be called Transphobic, you should be sued for this!
