Health Optimise Healer NP Pro – Overpriced Reseller With Misleading FDA Claims

This Hong Kong company resells red light therapy devices from Shenzhen-based Red Dot LED but sells them at nearly four times the original price. For example, the RD PRO 300 is listed on Red Dot LED's official website for around 6,000 TWD, yet Health Optimise rebrands it as the NP Healer Pro 300 (along with other NP Healer models) and sells it for over 20,000 TWD.

If you visit Red Dot LED’s website, you’ll see that not only is the product identical in appearance, but even the app they use, "Red Light Systems," is the same one developed by Red Dot LED. The user manual is also exactly the same—just with the name changed.

Additionally, Health Optimise claims to have FDA approval, but no records of this company exist in the official FDA database. Their customer service also refuses to provide an FDA registration number, making verification impossible.

⚠️ Consumers, be cautious! ⚠️
