I can't stop the repeated adverts that keep coming through my email even tried blocking them but they still come, I find this extremely annoying.

A very interesting range of products that are all well packaged , seem competitively priced and delivered quickly. My go to choice especially as they have a good vegan range.

Gone downhill, taking business elsewhere

Long time customer, liked the product but having recently tried to cancel a subscription I would advise going elsewhere. They actively push you into subscribing to making savings and in a few clicks you are signed up, then put same items on sale at lower prices and you can only cancel on the phone Monday - Friday 9-5pm UK time. If you try to change subscription timescales the website doesn’t update with new dates as it seems someone has to “approve” what you want to do with your own orders and no other way than to call to cancel/correct.

They clearly like everyone else have the ability to simply allow cancellations on the site but have purposely not to delay/stop customers from doing so. This treatment isn’t acceptable these days and a sign this company no longer values customer care, until they correct this, I advise going elsewhere, what else are they hiding?

Disgustingly rude staff who refuse to let you speak. Product ingredients have changed and no warnings or alerts are stated online for customers like me who these new ingredients have aggravated. Was told by Kate from Healthspan don’t need to make customers aware of change of ingredients or display warnings because they are “supplements not medicine”. Be very aware before you purchase from this company as my GP has blamed their supplements of causing me liver damage. Healthspan make it very difficult to find out ingredients until you get them home and open the packaging which they will then use to refuse to issue a refund.

I recently recommended a good friend, , to Healthspan. She placed her order by telephone as she wished to receive advice before purchasing.

On Wednesday 22 July, I spoke with one of your customer service agents, who was very helpful. She explained that I should have received an email containing the £10 referral voucher/code, but as I had not received anything, she kindly said she would raise the matter with her manager and either call or email me with an update.

Unfortunately, I have received no response whatsoever. Not good customer service!

As a long-standing Healthspan customer, I am extremely disappointed. Not only have I missed out on the £10 referral reward for recommending a new customer, but no one has taken the time to follow up or resolve what should have been a straightforward issue.

I had intended to place an order myself, as I am running low on my Vitamin B12, but given the lack of customer care and communication, I am now considering purchasing elsewhere. It is very disappointing to feel that customer loyalty and referrals are not valued.

I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated promptly and the referral reward honoured. Regrettably, based on this experience, I will not be recommending Healthspan to friends or family in the future.

The automated reply said I should receive a reply within 72 hours - no reply to date! Just feel let down after many years as a valuable customer!

All the supplements are of excellent quality. The delivery is prompt and if you subscribe, they always arrive on time.
Price is excellent, most packs are for 3 months or more.

easy to subscribe online, but again you have to call to cancelled any subscription. I'm waiting on the phone now 15 mins. I will not join any subscriptions online if you cant cancel online both should be easy...can we all start doing this from now on. its what keeps sky and virgin in business.

Great company

Healthspan promises subscribers that they will never pay more than the website price for the product. However during a recent sale they reduced the prices of many products, including the one I subscribe to. When I sent screengrabs of the new heavily discounted subscription price on their website they refused to honour the difference quoting all manner of get out clauses. Will look to source my products - which I’ve paid for with Healthspan for years - from a more honest company.

I have used Healthspan for years, love their products am a subscriber to various different supplements. However, it is clear they have removed the coating on the multivitamins and they are now much harder to swallow. I expect this is a cost saving move, but not a good one. Please bring back the coating.

Phone contact is excellent, a actual person to speak to. Ver helpful and all sorted very easily.

All good. Having them automatically delivered takes the worry out of ordering them.
