Prompt shipping and good communication with order status. Dogs love these treats!

I am very happy with my purchase. This company had a hard to find item which is no longer carried by many pet suppliers. Customer service was courteous and professional. Super fast shipping! Will buy from again.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. I ordered something vital to my elderly dogs care (Azodyl). I was assured delivery within 3-4 days. A month later I was still going back and forth with them, receiving complicated apologies and explanations. In the end I had to fight the charge through my credit card. WARNING: they’re awful and they’ll lie to your face. Buy what you need from anyone else.

I ordered supplements for my cat and dog in April 2020 and I have never received them despite numerous chaser. HealthyPets charged my credit card for the supplements in June 2020. The current status of my order as of April 2021 remains "partially shipped". I have not made any order at HealthyPets since then. Today (2 April 2021), my credit card has an unknown transaction with Healthypets for purchase I have NEVER made. I have to cancel my credit card now because healthypets is a SCAM!!! Be careful!!!

I ordered some Genie Refills on March 12, 2021 never received any shipping information after a week. I called them March 19, 2021 and was told my order was on back order. I then asked for a refund. After a week I called them back March 27, 2021 asked where my refund was and they told me it takes 7-10 days to get a refund I should get it on April 1, 2021. Of course, it was not refunded. I had already put in a complaint to PayPal about my issues. It will take another 10 days for them to respond then I will get it from PayPal. If I had only came on this site before ordering I would of saved a lot time and effort dealing with all this stupid crap from this company. If I could give them a zero rating I would.

I don’t usually post poor reviews, but I was very disappointed in this company. I ordered something I needed right away to save my animals. I ordered from here because it showed the earliest shipping date. They never shipped it, so I contacted them and they told me it was out of stock and didn’t know when it would be back in. I asked them to cancel my order, to which they said they would. They did not. I emailed multiple times, but received an automatic email in return each time. I called again and was assured that they took care of it. Still didn’t, so I emailed again with the same result. Ended up having to contact PayPal to get my money back. Once PayPal sided with me and refunded my money, I finally got an email with a “sorry it didn’t work out for you” message....

This company has taken over 4 months to NOT ship my purchase. I requested a refund and they have sent me the same boiler plate 'its backordered and we will ship it once its in stock" message for the 3rd time. I have now had to start a process with my CC company. Shop from chewy instead and save yourself a huge hassle.

It took 4-5 days just to start the shipment.

I requested and paid for priority shipping. The parcel was sent via FedEx Ground to my POBOX address which is not priority shipping. Neither does FedEx deliver to a POBOX unless it is shipped SmartPost.

Delay in order because of item on back order without being notified.

Ordered items from the website on Feb 23,2021 but the order status never updated for 2 weeks. Reached out to them multiple times (3 directly, 2 via PayPal) but complete silence. Had to file a claim through PayPal. Once escalated, they changed the status to "shipped" but they never arrived. I reached out for the 4th time directly, but still silent. STAY AWAY FROM HEALTHYPETS. THEY ARE COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT.

Rip off company. paid extra for shipping 2 day never recieved order. Charged card immediately-web site states no charge until shipped. Very unhappy with all the aggravation and wasted time. Stay far away from this company

Timely delivery and decent price.

Ordered over a month ago, still not shipped. No response from company. Had to file a claim with PayPal. Total fraud

Always have used HealthyPets and never disappointed. I think their prices are the best and the reason I continue to use their website.

No, I have not received my order. I checked your website for a number to call or an email to write to you but there is NONE which makes you look like a shady operation. My money was canceled to you and I ordered and received the product from someone else.

Took 15 days but order finally arrived safe and sound

Ordered an item 02/24, and on 03/09 it still hasn't SHIPPED. beyond ridiculous, don't waste your time or energy
