APOLOGY for mistaken review

I owe Hearing aid UK a massive apology,I left a very negative review (since removed)about the poor after care service. When in fact I had not purchased from them.
The review should have been for another company, with a similar name and now in liquidation.
However Hearing aid UK reached out to me and due to their diligent investigation was able to advise me about the company who was responsible, they further more offered their support and advice about my future options .
Though I cannot vouch for their hearing aids since I haven’t bought from them, but their customer service is excellent.

Good people

I have had three sets of private hearing aids over the years (latest fitted today) and the last two sets were from hearing aid.org, just asked them today why they had no trustpilot reviews and apparently trustpilot are expensive to use to collect reviews so they use a different company. I felt bad for them as I know a lot of people look at trustpilot so thought I'd write them a review. In short, good people. Really know their stuff on when I've spoken to them on the phone and I use Richard Walsh in Newport (the welsh one) and he's always looked after me well.
