I have taken my mum and dad here for over 5 years. And recommended them to so many other people who have equally been as impressed as us at the quality of their services. The service is EXCEPTIONAL. My dad is 91 and now even since my mum has passed away the whole team Vanessa, Cordero and Jessica have been so accommodating in supporting my dad’s needs. And he is a difficult chap to please and I feel so supported by them and they go out of their way to help and make sure we get exactly what we want. I would highly recommend them and can’t thank them enough for all they have done for dad. Nothing is ever too much trouble . A huge 🙏 thank you x

I have been to several companies to remove ear wax. However, because I had some wax at the bottom that was difficult to remove, it did not happen. I made two visits to hear pure the second one after using drops for a week. After the second visit, I came away with both ears clear. The amount of time and effort that went into removing that wax at the bottom of my ear was excellent very impressed thank you.

Recently took advantage of the free ear wax removal offer for 50+ yr. old local Cheadle residents. Great experience. Monum, the clinician, was very professional, attentive and competent and completed the procedure to my complete satisfaction. Very pleased with the results and have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Monum at Cheadle is always so helpful and informative. She always puts me at ease and I know my ears are in good hands when I go in for an appointment. This great service is always valued and appreciated.

Went to Hear Pure at Chester this morning for ear wax removal from both ears.
Cordero used the irrigation method and did an excellent job. I was in and out in 20 mins. 👏👏👏👍😊

I went to Hearpure to get some coloured moulds for my current hearing aids. The service was great and they sorted out exactly what I needed. They went out of their way to sort my request. Which I am really grateful for. My previous experience with a private audiologist was to ignore my request and try and upsell thousands of pounds worth of hearing aids. This did not happen at all at Hearpure which is sooo refreshing. I love my new moulds, will definitely return for more and anything else I might need in the future. Thanks, Ben

Honest professional assessment and advice- just brilliant. I was examined by Mica and subsequently given further guidance by Vanessa. I am just so glad I have found a "no-nonsense" team of professionals to take care of my hearing issues.

My ears were deemed too compacted for wax removal after a 1 second inspection. Fair enough, as I assumed I could rebook to have the wax removed at a later date, but was instead told I was liable for the full £68 cost - this was literally for a 1 second inspection. I was then told I would have to pay another £68 for a second appointment. Outrageous and unacceptable.

I was given the wrong appointment time and arrived during their lunchtime. They were very friendly and the procedure only lasted 10 mins to remove wax from my very blocked right ear.

Visited Nadeem in Cheadle this morning due to severe lack of hearing. 30 minutes later feels like I’ve got new ears. Totally painless and very professional. The procedure was well explained beforehand. Best money I’ve ever spent. Came straight home and turned the tv down. Thanks Nadeem.

Saw a young man at chester on the 23/5/22 , nice and friendly but didnt fill me with confidence as to his level of experience.
Anyway have been twice before and been very satisfied with both ears . On this occasion he managed to clear the worst ear , but could not clear all the wax on the 2nd ear . I have now been told to apply earol to my ear for the next 3 days and they will have another go at further cost. I had already put earol in for 2 weeks prior so cannot see how this will now make it softer to clear. In addition i did not have micro suction but the potentially more harmful irrigation method - dont know why. Not really happy with this or the advice and feel the clinician was inexperienced as i suggested seeing a doctor and he said hear pure can deal with any issues. The manageress has since contacted me and was not really very helpful and had a rather take it or leave attitude. I am really not the complaining type, but to spend more money on the ear when it still may not get cleared does not feel morally right. I suspect i will have to go elsewhere in future

I took my 84 year old mum here last Friday to have her blocked ears vacuumed and what an amazing experience. Was cared for by a lovely young man called collcarden ( I think I’ve got it right ) what a lovely caring young man he was ! Took his time with my mum and succeeded in removing all the ear wax which had built up and caused her deafness . She can now hear again !!! In future we wouldn’t go anywhere else and I have been recommending it to family and friends

I have had good service here in the past with well trained caring and properly equipped operatives. This last experience has put me off going again. Reception was poor not even inviting me to take off my coat. Instead of the suction device they had used previously this operative used an old fashioned water pump, not even filled with blood temperature water. Having failed to remove all the wax I was invited to make another paid appointment for more of the same. Not accepted, I'll go somewhere else.

Good morning.
Had an appointment with you. Walked in filled out a form, someone looked in my ear and told me the wax was too compact and nothing could be done. Charged me £30 to look in my ear. Not impressed at all.
Oils were used in the run up to my appointment!

Definitely use this company again , I needed my ears syringing , it was quick , pain free and the staff were very pleasant 😊
