Worse station ever how the hell Amanda holden is aloud to be on the station is beyond me her cackling is annoying she's only missing a bubbling cludren and the other day when they that girl band on I clearly heard one of them say felt like crap I think this isn't right to be broadcasted live on air.

Agree with other reviewers - it's become too commercial with too many junk advert breaks or self-promoting hype. And we've notice most of the tracks are cut 3/4 of the way through, simply to cram more advertising. Seems to be the way of the world these days - advertising overload.

Repeats the same garbage at almost the same time every day/night. Makes my work shifts that little bit more unbearable, I've asked the boss if they could change the station and they say it's Heart or nothing and to be honest I'd rather have nothing.

what I hate about it. It’s that they play Golden on the radio, Every single day! I mean play something else instead of Golden

Hideous radio station, repetitive and loved by brain dead people.

I’ve been doing voluntary work since July at a place that plays Heart radio everyday.
Being completely new to Heart I figured eventually the song rotation would change and Katy Perry et al would eventually stop torturing me.
How wrong I was.
I am considering quitting my voluntary work simply because I can’t stand to listen to Heart radio another day longer.

My brain has rotted listening to the same repeated songs for years (ie Benson Boone, Teddy Sims, Bruno Mars, Becky Hill, Adele, Ordinary World etc). I wrote to the station saying when I listen to Heart 2 journeys to work a day I hear the same songs and could they pls play a variety- their answer was that people want to hear they favs. Have they got shares in these artists?! I only listen to the station for Wake up and Win competition which I love and that i can’t be bothered to find a different station but I swear I have to now due to mental torture. The much advertised Wake up and Win game has been out of stock since it came out - so disappointing and now I’m giving up on Heart FM

This is a genuine experience!
I am forced too listen to this radio station, in the background, during the day! I can only wonder at the unsubstantiated claims, which are nothing other then slaughter, made on female presentation standards on a regular basis. Why? Oh why? It is excruciating talkback to listen too now. When did they change their focus to become such "mimics"?? And why are they choosing to mimic the antics of what can be best described as a "subgroup", on a radio station on a regular basis.
I think this is a curious behaviour and it should not be continued. I will be cheering when they decide to change their content. As it is, I will have to suffer in silence!

Disappointing Experience

I used to enjoy listening to Heart Radio, but lately it’s become genuinely frustrating. The amount of ads is overwhelming — it feels like there’s more advertising than actual music.

On top of that, I can’t listen once Kelly Brook comes on. In my opinion, her presenting style just doesn’t work: she laughs at everything, interrupts constantly, and the whole show loses any flow or professionalism. It’s uncomfortable to listen to and really brings the station down.

Overall, Heart has gone from enjoyable background radio to something I switch off more often than not. Definitely not what it used to be.

Was scammed by Heart competition don’t Enter , so on the 3RD of November 2025 i have emailed Global Media costumer service about Heart Radio charging me Extra for Competitions i didn’t enter Making a Total of 32entries ( Resulting in £0 Of the Top up ) i have provided proof of them charging me extra with my bill phone Clearly showing them charging for Text Messages i didn’t send , on the 13 of November i got a response back Stating i did enter the competitions i asked them to send the proof of that and they haven’t replied ever since , i will charge back with my phone company and never ever enter these radio competitions as it is all a scamm , thieves is what they are , My complaint Ref is 548138 . Don’t enter these competitions it’s all a scam , no one ever truly wins ….

Truly terrible
Limited repetitive playlist, not helped by having to play back to back or regular tunes of those who listeners listen for in order to enter competition.
Every half hour plugging competitions, or calling entrants of competitions.
Never again

Going back to Talksport
Too many plugs for competitions and endless screaming winners of said competitions ~ clips of which are played over and over.
Very limited and repetitive playlist
Stuck it out for 3 weeks ~ first week supposed to listen out for Ed Sheeran in order to claim £300 ~ as if he's not played often enough as is, given he clogs up much of playlist. Last week had to listen for Pink to win £300; but hearing next week it's going to be Spice Girls; I'm done : )

After three years of being forced to listen to this at work, I can safely say this isn’t radio it’s punishment. The same handful of songs repeat endlessly, broken only by ads and pointless contests. Presenters contribute nothing; replace them with AI, and most wouldn’t notice.

There’s no personality, no discovery, no variety. It’s background noise designed to offend no one and interest no one, lowering your standards just to survive.

I’ve genuinely cried listening to this station. Pure torture. I wish it would go off the air and do the world a favor. This isn’t radio it’s an offense to any station that actually cares.

They play the same 4–5 songs from ten years ago on repeat all day. 8 straight hours of pure torture at my worksite.

This radio station plays the same songs in a loop dreadful !

Does Brian work at heart radio?

I would not recommend using Haart as an estate agent based on our experience. Communication was consistently poor — calls were rarely answered, and it became apparent that our numbers had been saved and ignored, as the only way to reach them was by calling from a different phone.

We were misled about the number of viewings arranged, which we were able to verify through our own CCTV footage. Upon terminating our contract with immediate effect, we received a list of over 40 individuals who had expressed interest in the property, despite only five viewings being conducted during our time with Haart.

We ultimately sold the property privately. Interestingly, our buyers had also been dealing with Haart for seven months, trying to purchase a property, but had made no progress.

In our opinion, the service was deeply disappointing, and we would strongly advise others to consider alternative agents before committing their time and money!

The worst radio station EVER!! Constant repeats day after day.... Torture!! Kelly brook the most false presenter ever. Hell on earth.

This playing in the Bacon Factory I work at makes my job soo much more enjoyable. I especially look forward to the Friday Evening Club Classics as I work on PM Shifts. This Radio Station is nicknamed The Bacon Radio and I am always saying “Bacon Radio is Awesome , engineers please make sure the volume is nice and loud for the Club Classics please? :) “
