The migration was handled for us, the site come up on the new account with the certificate working, and our emails was never affected. What stood out was the communication — I always knew where the ticket was up to and got a straight answer rather than a template. The couple of small things that needed sorting were sorted quickly. Recently had to shut down my website due to lack of funds. Heart were courteous and helpful about returning my recently paid fees. Customer service was lovely to speak to as they were real humans rather than hideous ai.
Would happily use them again if I was able to. Had my site with them over 10 years.

I was delighted with the Heart migration service
I was delighted with the service by the Heart Internet teams involved in migrating the services from my long-standing Reseller account into a new Agency account.
As an experienced IT professional, I understand the risks and complexities in making such a move and yet all the work was done flawlessly, requiring no follow-up remedial work, which was astounding.
I would like to single out Tak Tran in Heart Internet Support who owned my complex ticket from start to finish, responding in a very timely manner with complete and effective answers and taking actions where necessary. I really valued and appreciated what was excellent customer service.

I just wanted to give a big shout out to Andrew Welsby of Heart Internet, who has been absolutely brilliant. I had an issue with my website and raised this issue yesterday and he responded very promptly and resolved the issue for me very quickly and saved me some money in the process by offering a gesture of goodwill. He was very knowledgeable, which I appreciated, as I am a novice when it comes to websites and he explained what needed to be done. I am pleased to say that the website is now functioning correctly.
