Incompetence at Heartshare Human Services

This organization should be called "Heartless Human Services," not "Heartshare." They are as incompetent as it is possible for a group ostensibly dedicated to helping children and other unfortunate people can ever be. One of the very top executives in this ridiculous, badly run organization made SEVERAL snide and discriminatory remarks to me because my race is different from hers. She should shut up and mind her own business - but isn't capable of it. The next thing I knew, I found myself "reported" to my supervisor who had been LIED TO about me, almost certainly by that same reverse racist, and told that I had made "derogatory remarks" about HER race - WHICH HAD NEVER HAPPENED. The supervisor, oh so determined to look "woke," and "with it," and the opposite of prejudice, automatically believed the creepy lying executive. There wasn't even an attempt to give me the benefit of the doubt, and I had done nothing wrong and didn't make any derogatory remarks - the EXECUTIVE is the one who did. Creepy! THESE are the sort of people running this organization. THESE are the people who are making decisions about children in foster care and claim they're "helping humanity." These people need to be REPLACED because they aren't even capable of decency within the office, let alone knowing how to best assist children or the handicapped. And by the way, while I was there, I remember the discussion of a family where the mother had Munchausen's Syndrome, kept bringing a child to the ER with fake symptoms, and Heartless Heartshare didn't remove that child from his psychotic mommy's custody. Again, the people running Heartshare are complete incompetents and they need to be REPLACED.
