Arrived on time, pleasant manners no problems

So pleased we called Johnathan to help my elderly mum. Problem now resolved and I will definitely recommend HEAT Worcester Ltd to all my friends.

We are very happy with the installation of our new boiler. Professional service provided.

John was very good, on time, professional and did an excellent job.

They installed the boiler last year and did a great job. Only made sense to have them come and service it as they were equally competitive. Good communication and another quick clean job. Will happily have them back next year.

Great advice given upfront on size of boiler best suited to size of house and mains water pressure, and the work required to replace the old gravity fed boiler system. Then a very good job was completed for the install.

Johnathon is great. I make an appointment and he arrives on time and completes the job. He is honest and does not overcharge for his work. He takes the time to explain what is wrong and what the options are for fixing the problem. I’ve used him to service the boiler too.

This is a great company. Johnathon has a great work ethic; nothing is too much trouble. He is efficient, hard working and tidy. He communicates really well (let’s you know when he’s going to arrive, etc.) and means what he tells you! So pleased with the service and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone! Johnathon was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and excellent at his job. We had a complicated problem and he solved it effortlessly and efficiently.

Johnathon turned up to look at the job on time and promptly emailed the detailed quotation through. Came to replace the boiler as planned and did a great job.

Heat Worcester recently installed new radiators throughout the ground floor of our house. The new radiators were heavy and needed new connecting pipe work as well. Nevertheless the work was completed in one day. We are delighted with the result. Johnathon is a first rate tradesman who is always on time, diligent, thorough, courteous and trustworthy. Heat Worcester would be my first choice should I need any further heating work doing.
