Decent product but painful after sales response
Heated mirrored cabinets manufactured by Jonathan White. Order total of approx £2000 for two cabinets that arrived after 6 weeks. Each cabinet was ordered with an internal lock, internal lights, internal glass shelves, heated mirrored doors and internal plug sockets. One cabinet had a lock that didn't work, both cabinets had exposed screws, pencil marks where things had been marked out in preparation for drilling etc, the push latches were missing on one side, with just an empty hole left.
I have been chasing the manufacturer for weeks now to resolve the issues without success. The guy said he had some personal issues which had resulted in delayed responses but it's now been 6+ weeks since they were delivered. Generally they are a good product but the absence of communication to resolve issues with the final delivered product has given me a bad impression of the manufacturer.
Company name is SATANA INTERNATIONAL (CONTRACTS) LIMITED, which according to Companies House is in liquidation.
