I ordered a wedding dress, arrived full of stay, bad copy of the dress. Offering me 10% refund of the price of the dress. They will not tell me where to return it to. It is a scam. Do not order from the website. They will not allow you to write a review. They screen the reviews first.

If I could give minus stars I would I’m that appalled! I bought an expensive prom dress for my 15 year old daughter. It was firstly the wrong colour on arrival and was incorrect in sizing too. They state you can return goods but they do everything in their power to avoid it.
Firstly asking for photos of the dress .. so I sent those. They then Asked for measurements.. I sent those too. Then.. they asked for photos of my daughter wearing it and how it won’t fit her . On what planet does a company ask for photos of a half naked child!!! I’m so disgusted by this company I hope they are shut down!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! They provide false information about their items and not all of the dresses are as pictured. The website states that you are able to return items however during the return process they tell you to get the dress altered to look like the picture. I ordered a “standard size” dress with no custom sizing or alterations done and they will not allow me to return the dress even though the website states this is an option. Please do not waste your time purchasing from this site as they do not believe in customer service. They have provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought two separate dresses from them for my flower girls and junior bridesmaids. I wrote a good review about the flower girl dress but stated how it didn’t come exactly like the picture. They posted that review but did not post the bad review I gave about the junior bridesmaids dresses. They only post the good reviews to make people buy from them. We have been back and forth with emails and nothing is getting accomplished other than them telling me to just get alterations done. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered a custom made wedding dress in june. It arrived just 10 days later. The bust, waist and hips were 10 inches too small. I am a uk size 14 and it wouldn't fit a 10 year old!. I complained & sent photos. First they said i never ordered custom made but my order clearly shows i did. Dozens of emails later they offered 40% refund. I refused so they said they would fully refund me if i returned it. I did at a cost of £20. 2 months later they still fobbed me off with excuses. So as i paid through PayPal i raised a complaint. This made them angry and said they wouldn't refund till i closed my dispute. I now have a full refund through PayPal and am left disgusted with this company. They couldn't even be bothered to at least try to get the dress anywhere near my size. Theres no contact no. For them and they have no intention of refunding you. Avoid

These guys are horrific. Never again. Pretty sure it's a scam. The denied receiving my order. Then denied taking the cash. Spent three weeks a dozen emails and three reps all were just horrendous and rude. It was bloody awful. Not sure it isn't a scam and would not risk it again

If it would be possible I give 0 stars.
- I did not expect absolutely same fabric but at least the same style - nothing
- I sent them my measurements and the dress came absolutely enormous - big and long
- the worst communication I have ever had with any company (the people do not speak proper English and do not answer my questions)
- the delivery time is terrible as well!! I ordered my wedding dress 2 months before the wedding and after lots of e-mail I received them one week before the wedding! You can imagine the shock when the horrible dress came just a week before the wedding!!!
- the only good thing was the lace, but that is not enough

REALLY DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP!!!

Ordered a wedding dress for my daughter. It is unwearable! It is very poorly made. Seams are bunched and uneven. Threads coming out all over the dress. The hem is jagged and frayed. It is not even close to looking like the picture on the website. Ordered a custom size and it is nowhere near fitting her. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I would never suggest this website to anyone.

My daughters prom dress looks horrible and nothing like the picture. I sure wish i would of saw all the bad reviews before dealing with there scam. I sent a picture of how different my daughters dress looks like they asked and they did nothing but sent a stupid reply back that said....

Thank you for your pictures. Sorry to see that the dress is not same as you expected. But our dresses are all hand-sewn and there could be slight difference with the pictures on our website.

Best Wishes...they cant be serious. I had to find my daughter another prom dress in two days and they have did nothing for the inconvenience.
