Local supermarket stopped selling Heck products so ordered online. Love the sausage rashers! Had a bit of an issue with the delivery at the courier end (DPD)
But was sorted by Claudia, who is one of the friendliest and most helpful customer service advisors I have dealt with. Will be a regular Heck customer for sure.

I watched an old, `Inside the Factory' featuring Heck making sausages. And thought, what the heck? So I tried the 97% pork sausages. Oh! what a disappointment, my 86year old taste buds couldn't tell me what I was eating. The were so bland.
Throughout the program I felt was looking at the demise of a sinking ship, Captained by Walter Mitty and his hapless crew. Andrew, make your kids walk the plank!
The packaging oozes amateurism, ditch the cardboard, a flexi label will do and save you money.

Flat sausages rashers ...AVOID!!! At all costs! Most disgusting food ever Tried today and very disappointed...chewy, rubbery and gristly. Even the dogs weren't keen!! Went in the bin. Don't waste your money on these folks. Buy real sausages or real bacon but not these.

Beware Heck pork sausage 97% meat advert in Coop etc. I had a pack and fried some up. When I bit into them I discovered they were 97% pork rind (skin). After eating my stomach objected violently and I threw up. I am not of sensitive digestion so this was quite alarming. I tried to complain to Coop but their policy is that you must consider yourself lucky (Brother, comrade) to have a Coop shop near you

Rapid home delivery with cool packs. Great value and free Heck cookbook. What is not to like?

Great items and delivery, however had to bin them all due to storm Darragh causing power outages for over 48hrs, absolutely gutted! Managed to have the meatballs which were gorgeous!

Steak burgers swimming in fat absolutely disgusting. Won't be purchasing these steak burgers again. However the lamb burgers were absolutely delicious. Very disappointed with heck foods for a truly ridiculous excuse for a burger.

packaged. Lots more choice than trying to shop for these products here in Aberdeenshire.

Direct ordering from the company for excellent service and products that last properly - I kept having issues when buying from Ocado of the products spoiling well before the best before, and so my hubby reached out to Heck which is when we found we could order direct. It is so easy to do and everything arrived well packed and with lots of tracking detail so we could be in when it arrived. Everything in great condition and no problems with spoiling. Terrific!

Wait ALL year for the VERY brief period that the GUY PORKS sausages are available, then PORAY I've got plenty of room in the freezer. Seem to buy more and more each year!!! HOWEVER, really cheesed off with the delivery people.... Wait in all day then it arrives just before 8PM... Life's short and I'm too busy to be wasting whole days waiting in with DPD lying about where you are on their delivery route list! I'm delivery 156 at 10.30 and they are STILL delivering 127 7 1/2 hours later????? EVERY time this happens!

delivery was abit late and past the stated time frame but other than that products were packed really well , everything was there , delivered reasonably fast and even put in 2 recipes in that i can't wait to try

Fast delivery all products were packed well and refrigerated. Good variety of products that I haven’t seen in supermarkets and so tasty all for a reasonable price.
