Hedin Brasschaat to be avoided. Never again!

Hedin Brasschaat, Mercedes service
made appointment on line. Henin could not find it, showed them copy of confirmation. Wasted 1/2 hour at the reception, was finally accepted. Arrived 5pm, car was not ready, told me to come next day! Had to take a taxi back home. Following day wasted another +1/2 hour at reception since some internal documents were not ready.

Hedin Automotive Belgium: jokers or cheaters?

After the Brussel Car Show, I decided to buy the XPeng G9. I went for a test drive, but could only take out the car for 1 hour at a time, which is totally ridiculous for an EV where you want to be able to at least experience 1 battery charge. Afterwards, I also noticed that Hedin Automotive Belgium forgot to mention at all that the current version of the G9 was end of series and that a new and updated version was underway. In terms of misleading (potential) customers, that is quite an achievement. It did not end there, however. Upon ordering, I was told that a G9 from their stock would be delivered to me within 1 à 2 weeks as opposed to 8 à 9 weeks if I ordered the G9 configuration I wanted. I went ahead and bought a stock car, which I had to pay in full upfront. Only to discover that the G9 was not delivered within 1 week, nor within 2 weeks, nor within 6 but in slightly over 8 weeks. Pissed off by this series of unpleasant experiences, I sought to contact Hedin Belgium Automotive, which was made excessively difficult. I pointed out to the salesperson that contacted me after a week, that I had no desire to proceed with the sale, given the pre-sale experience I had had with Hedin Automotive. Reply: you will then need to pay 13612 EUR in damages to Hedin Automotive Belgium for the damage caused by Hedin Automotive Belgium's cheating to you! I cannot even believe this is really happening. Hedin Automotive Belgium should be exposed for what they are: low life used car salespeople who should have stuck to what they do best - cheat on used car buyers
