Good responsive customer care
I tried to buy an item (Obagi tinted sunscreen) that is out of stock all over the US and Europe at the moment - until next yr possibly. and although they ended up not being able to provide the warm tint I was after, they were able to offer the cool tint as an alternative, which I already have so didn’t purchase. However, the customer service was excellent, prompt answer to all my emails and very fast refund of my payment.

Great Clinic, great staff and fabulous products
I have been a customer of Hedox Clinic for nearly a year now and I must stress they are excellent. The staff always take the time to answer questions I have and are so efficient in getting my products out to me. My initial consulation was thorough and all my concerns were addressed and products recommended. I use the Obagi range. The products are high end and have done wonders for my skin. Sasha the clinic manager is so professional and when I have run out of products and need them sent out as soon as possible she makes sure this is done and I have had item's as early as the next day. Would 100% recommend Hedox Clinic.

Excellent experience!
I found my consultation with Dr. Humble very insightful, he spent a considerable amount of time going through my options and helped me decide on my purchases. He clearly demonstrated a lot of professional knowledge. I have also found the Practice Manager Sasha very friendly and co-operative in all my dealings with her. Keep up the good work!
